Ginger Chutney | Inji Chutney recipe

Ginger - 2 tbsp, Garlic - 6 cloves, Oil - 1 tbsp,  Red dry chili - 4, Chana dal - 1 tbsp, Urad dal - 1 tbsp, Coriander seeds -  1 tsp, Onion - 1 (small size), Tomato - 1, Tamarind - small piece, Salt, Jaggery - one inch


Get all the ingredients ready.

Heat the pan with oil, add ginger, garlic, saute well for 30 seconds and add red chili, saute well.

Add chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds and saute well for a minute.

Add onion, tomato and saute well.

Add salt and cook it for 2 minutes or tomato became soft. Keep aside and cool it completely.

Then, transfer it into a blender and blends into soft.

Ginger Chutney | Inji Chutney recipe is ready to serve with idli, dosa.
