Murungai Keerai Soup | Drumstrick Leaves Soup



Ingredients
Murungai keerai / Drumstrick leaves - one handful, small onion - 7, Garlic - 7 cloves, Tomato - 1, Cumin seeds - 1 tsp, Coriander seeds - 1 tsp, Whole pepper - 1/2 tsp, Salt, Pepper powder.


Method


Get all the ingredients ready.

Crush onion and garlic.

In a pressure cooker add murungai keerai (drumstrick leaves), onion, garlic, pepper, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, tomato and required water.

Close the pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles.


Open the cooker after release the pressure. Then , strain from it.


Add salt, pepper powder and mix well.




Murungai Keerai Soup | Drumstrick Leaves Soup ready to serve hot.
