Curry Leave Powder



Ingredients
Dry Curry Leaves - a handful, Chana dal - 2 tbsp, Urad dal - 2 tbsp, Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp , Red dry chili - 5, Whole pepper - 1 tsp, Salt


Method











Get all the ingredients ready.
Dry roast curry leaves for 2 minutes or until raw smell gets off.
 
Dry roast chana dal for  3 minutes or until its turns brown.
Dry roast urad dal for  3 minutes or until its turns brown.
Dry roast fenugreek seeds for 2 minutes or until its turns brown. Don't over roast.
Dry roast red dry chili for a minute.
Dry roast whole pepper for a minute. Cool all ingredients completely.
Transfer it into the blender and blends into a fine paste.
Add salt and mix it well. Store it in a air-tight container.
Curry Leave Powder is ready to serve with hot rice, idli and dosa.
