Kollu Idli | Horse Gram Idli with Coconut Chutney



Ingredients

Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Wash and soak kollu, urad dal for 4 hours. Soak aval for 15 minutes.


Add soaked kollu, urad dal and aval into a blender and blends into a fine paste. ( Idli batter consistency)
Then, transfer it into a bowl, add salt and mix it well.
No fermentation needed. Pour batter into a ildi plate.
Stream idlies for 15- 20 minutes.
