Mutton Soup | Mutton Rasam
Ingredients
Mutton - 1 lb, Small onion - 10, Garlic - 6 cloves, Ginger - 1 piece, Whole pepper - 1 tsp, Cumin seeds - 1 tsp, Fennel seeds - 1 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Sesame oil - 1 tbsp, Salt, Coriander & Curry leaves
Method
Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pressure cooker with oil, add mutton and mix it. Add crushed onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, cumin & fennel seeds and mix it well.
Add turmeric, required water and salt.
Close the pressure cooker and cook it to 6-7 whistles.
Open the pressure cooker after air released. Then, simmer for 5 minutes in medium flame. Add in the coriander & curry leaves and remove from heat.
Mutton Soup | Mutton Rasam is ready to serve.
