Egg Masala Paniyaram

Egg - 6, Onion - 1, Turmeric powder - 1 tsp, Capsicum - 1/4, Garam masala - 1.5 tsp, Green chilli - 3, Putina / Mint, Curry leaves, Malli / Coriander, Salt, Pepper powder, Oil

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the dosa tawa, add oil, finely chopped capsicum and saute well for 3 minutes on the medium flame.
In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients, egg, roasted capsicum and mix well.

Heat the kuzhi paniyara pan and spread the oil to each kuzhi. Fill the kuzhi with egg mix and cook over the medium flame for 2 minutes.

Gently turn each kuzhi paniyaram and let the other side cook for 2 minutes.
Egg Masala Paniyaram is ready to serve.
