Masala Pori / Puffed Rice



Pori / Puffed rice - 2 cups, Oil, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Peanuts - 2 tbsp, Curry leaves, Red dry chilli - 4, Garlic - 5, Salt, Fried gram - 2 tbsp


Method
Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add peanuts, mashed raw garlic and saute well for 30 seconds.
Add red dry chilli, curry leaves and saute well.
Add turmeric powder, a pinch of salt and saute well on the low flame.
Add the pori and mix well. 
Masala Pori / Puffed Rice is ready.
