Vallarai Keerai / Brahmi Leaves Chutney


Ingredients
Vallarai keerai / Brahmi Leaves - handful, Oil - 1/2 tbsp, Black pepper - 1 tsp, Cumin - 1 tsp, Curry leaves, Pearl onion - 3, Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup, Red dry chilli - 2, Salt.


Method
Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add cumin, back pepper, onion, red dry chilli, saute well until onion turns to golden brown.
Add curry leaves, coconut, saute well and cook for a minute on low flame.
Add vallarai keerai, saute well and cook for a minute on low flame.
After cool it completely, transfer it into a blender, add required water and blends into a fine paste. Transfer into a serving bowl.
Vallarai Keerai Chutney is ready to serve with idli and dosa.
