Red Chilli Chutney

Red dry chilli - 15, Kashmiri red chilli - 15, Ginger - 1 inch, Garlic - 5, Sugar - 1&1/2 tsp, Salt, Oil - 2 tbsp


Get all the ingredients ready.
Soak the red dry chillis for 3-4 hours and transfer it into the blender along with ginger, garlic, sugar and salt.
Add little water and blends into fine paste.
Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of oil add the grounded paste. Mix well and cook on the medium flame.
Cook until the oil is floating on the chutney.
Red Chilli Chutney is ready to serve with idli & dosa.
