Thinai / Foxtail Millet Laddu


Ingredients
Thenai / Foxtail millet - 1 cup, Honey - 1/4 cup, ghee - 1 tbsp, Cardamom powder - 1 tsp


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Rinse the thinai well and drain water.





Let it dry for 30 minutes. Then dry roast the thenai until nice aroma comes and cool it completely.


Transfer to blender and blends into a fine powder.






Cool the flour completely.
Add honey, ghee, cardamom powder into the thenai flour and mix well. Then make the balls / laddu.
Thinai / Foxtail Millet Laddu is ready.
