Vallarai Keerai Chapathi | Brahmi Leaves Chapathi


Ingredients
Wheat flour - 2 cup, Dry vallarai keerai powder - 3/4 cup, Salt, Oil - 2 tsp, Water - as required


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
In a large bowl, stir together the wheat flour, vallarai keerai powder, salt, oil and enough water to make a soft dough. Grease the dough with little oil and rest for 30 minutes.
Pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it and roll it in a thin circle.
In a hot tawa, place a rolled chapathi and cook for a minute, when the base is partly cooked, flip the chapathi. Cook until both sides are cooked.
Brush oil / ghee and press slightly.
