Ragi Adai | Finger Millet with Vegetable Adai | Kezhvaragu Adai


Ingredients
Ragi flour - 1.5 cup, Shredded carrot - 1/2 cup, Chopped capsicum - 1/2 cup, Chopped onion - 1/2 cup, Curry leaves, Green chilli - 2, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Malli/Coriander leaves, Salt, Oil


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil add mustard seeds, when its splutters, add urad gram, green chilli, curry leaves and onion, saute well until onipn turns golden brown. Add carrot, capsicum and saute well.
Add salt and cook it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add coriander leaves and mix well. Add ragi flour.
Add ragi flour, mix well and add enough water to make a dough.
Spread a plastic sheet over a cutter board/plate and apply some oil. Take a small ball out of the doughand flatten it.
Heat the dosa tawa, put the adai over it and cook. Flip the adai. Cook until both sides are cooked.
Ragi Adai | Finger Millet with Vegetable Adai | Kezhvaragu Adai is ready to serve with Sambar and Chutney.
