Kuzhambu Milagai Thool | Kuzhambu Milagai Podi ( Powder)


Ingredients
Malli / Coriander seeds - 1 cup, Dry red chilli - 10-15, Chana gram -  3 tbsp, Toor gram - 3 tbsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp, Cumin seed - 4 tsp, Fenugreek - 1/4 tsp, Black Pepper - 1 tbsp, Turmeric powder - 1 tbsp, Dry curry leaves (handful)


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat a frying pan over medium flame.

Dry roast all the ingredients one by one.

Do not over roast the ingredients and cool it completely.

All the ingredients transfer into the blender and blend for a few minutes until a fine powder.

Store the Kuzhambu Milagai Thool in an air-tight container.
