Wheat Bread | Whole Wheat Bread

Whole wheat flour / Atta - 4 cup, Warm milk - 3/4 cup, Sugar - 2 tbsp, Yeast - 1 pack(1 & 1/2 tsp), Salt - 1 tsp, Butter - 4 tbsp, Water - 1/2 cup or more


Get all the ingredients ready.
Take yeast and sugar in a bowl and add warm milk and let it activate.

See how the yeast has foamed up.
Now add wheat flour, salt and butter in a bowl and mix well.
Add in milk (yeast & sugar) mix well then add required water mix well.
Now knead this for 5 to 10 mins till it gets smooth. Just like this.
Brush the top with some oil and cover and let it rise.
After 2 hours, the dough will double in size and take the dough out.
Now, knead by folding from corners.
Roll into cylindrical shape and flatten slightly. Then, fold the dough and roll tight. Place the dough into greased bread loaf pan.
Cover and rest for 30 minutes or till dough rise just an inch above the loaf pan.
Place the bread loaf pan in preheated oven and bake at 350-degree fahrenheit for 35 - 40 minutes. (or 175 degrees celsius for 30 minutes)
Rub 1 tsp of butter on top of bread to make a soft and shiny crust.
Remove immediately from pan onto a cooling rack. let it cool completely and then slicing.
