Cabbage Curry | Muttai Kosu Poriyal


Ingredients
Cabbage - 1/2, Moong dal - 1/4 cup, Onion, Green chilli - 2, Curry leave, Salt, Coconut - 1/4 cup, Oil - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add green chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute well until onion turns golden brown.
Add moong dal, saute well for a minute.
Add 2 tbsp of water and close the pan. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add cabbage, salt and saute well for a minute.
Close the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
Then, add shredded coconut and mix well.
Cabbage Curry | Muttai Kosu Poriyal is ready to serve.
