Get all the ingredients ready. |

Take a coconut shell with 3 dots. Break one of the dots with a knife to make a hole. Keep aside. |

In a bowl, add ragi flour, a pinch of salt, sprinkle some water and mix it well. |

Heat the pressure cooker with enough water, close the lid. Do not put the whistle and allow it to boil until stream comes from the top. |

In a coconut shell, add 1 tbsp of shredded coconut. |
|
Add 1/4 cup of ragi flour mixture. Again add 1 tbsp of shredded coconut and add 1/4 cup of ragi flour. Spread it evenly and do not press it while filling the flour. |
|
Close the filled coconut shell and place it over the cookers whistle, by inserting it through the holes and coom it for 2-3 minutes on medium flames. |
|
Remove and open the coconut shell from the cooker and transfer it on a serving plate. |

Ragi Puttu | Coconut Shell Ragi Puttu is ready to serve it immediately with brown/white sugar. |
