Get all the ingredients ready. | |
In a bowl add boiled potato, onion, green chili, tomato, chaat and amchur powder, tamarind juice, salt and mix it well. | |
Add roasted peanuts, mixture, and puffed rice/ poori and mix well. | |
Then, finally add corinder leaves and mix it well. | |
Masala Poori is ready to serve. |
