Masala Poori / Masala Puffed Rice



Ingredients
 Pori / Puffed rice - 1 cup, Boiled Potata - 1, Onion - 1, Tomato - 1, Green chili - 2, Corinder leaves, Roasted peanut - 2 tbsp, Mixture - 2 tbsp, Tamarind juice - 1 tbsp, Chaat masala - 1 tsp, Amchur powder - 1 tsp, Salt



Method


Get all the ingredients ready.


In a bowl add boiled potato, onion, green chili, tomato, chaat and amchur powder, tamarind juice, salt and mix it well.

Add roasted peanuts, mixture, and puffed rice/ poori and mix well.

Then, finally add corinder leaves and mix it well.

Masala Poori is ready to serve.
