Brocoli Poriyal



Ingridients
  1. Oil - 2 tbsp
  2. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  3. Urad dal - 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilli - 2
  5. Onion - 1 chopped
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Brocoli - 2 cups
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Shredded coconut (optional) 
  11. Water
Method

Heat the pan with oil, mustard seeds, green chilli, onion, curry leaves and saute well until onion turns golden brown.
Add brocoli, turmeric powder and salt.
Keep it covered for 10 mins with medium flame 
If you want to add coconut then add it and mix them well.
Dish is ready to serve.
