Kara Paniyaram

Idli/Dosa batter - 2 cup, Oil , Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Onion - 1 chopped, Green chilli - 3 chopped, Curry leaves chopped, Coriander leaves chopped, Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with Oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add urad dal, onion and green chilli and saute well untill it turn golden brown and add salt, curry leaves and coriander leaves and cook for a minute.
Transfer this mixture to the batter and mix well.
Heat the kuzhi paniyara pan and spread the oil to each kuzhi.Fill the kuzhi with batter and cook over the medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
Gently turn each kuzhi paniyaram and let the other side cook for 1-2 minutes.

Kuzhi Paniyaram is ready to serve with chutneys.
