Chop the beans finely and cook it with turmeric powder and salt for until soft. Drain the water and keep aside.
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutter, add urad gram, green chilli, curry leaves and onion, and saute well until it turn to golden brown.
Add cooked beans to this mixture add salt, saute well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Finally spread the peanut powder and cook on a low flame for a minute.
Kothavarangai with peanut powder poriyal is ready to serve.
