Cauliflower / Gobi 65

Cauliflower - 1 cup, Besan - 1/2 cup, Corn flour - 2 tbsp, Rice flour - 2 tbsp, Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp, Garam masala - 1 tbsp, Red Chilli powder - 2 tbsp, Maida - 1 tbsp, Salt, Oil for fry

Get all the ingredients ready
Boil and cook the cauliflower for 3-4 minutes in water before adding to batter. In a mixing bowl, take all ingredients and add 1/2 cup water & make it as smooth paste.
Add cauliflower and coat with batter. 
Deep fry the flower covering with batter, stir occasionally till it turns golden brown or crisp. Drain over kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.
Cauliflower / Gobi 65 is ready to serve.
