Kara Chutney

Oil - 1 tbsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, tomato - 3, Onion - 1, Red dry chilli - 5, Tamarind small(gooseberry size), Salt

Get all the ingredients ready
Heat the pan with oil, add urad gram. Saute well until it turns to brown and add red dry chilli.
Add onion and saute well until it turns to golden brown.
Add Tomato and salt. Saute well and cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Add tamarind and cool it completely.
Transfer it into blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
Kara Chutney is ready to serve with idli, dosa and chapathi.
