Sambar Powder

Malli / Coriander seeds - 2 cup, Chana gram - 1 cup, Toor gram -1 cup, Urad gram -3/4 cup, Cumin - 1/4 cup, Black pepper -1/4 cup, Mustard seeds - 1 tsp, Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp, Hing - 1 tsp, Red dry chilli - 30

Get the ingredients ready

Heat the frying pan over medium flame.

Dry roast all the ingredients one by one.

Do not over roast the ingredients. Cool it completely.

Transfer all ingredients into blender and blend for few minutes until it becomes fine powder.

Sambar powder is ready and store it in air-tight container.
