Raw Mango Rice


Ingredients
Cooked rice - 3 cup, Grated mango - 1 cup, Sesame oil - 3 tbsp, ,Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Peanuts - 1 tbsp, Garlic - 4 cloves, Red dry chilli - 4, Curry leaves, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, Salt


Method


Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutters, add urad gram, garlic, peanuts,saute well until its turns golden brown. Add Red dry chilli, curry leaves and saute well.
Add grated mango, turmeric powder, salt and mix well to combine with all spices.
Cook for 2 minutes and switch off the flame.
Add cooked rice and mix gently using fork not to break the rice.
Raw Mango Rice is ready to serve.
