Tutti Frutti Cake

Maida / All purpose flour - 1.5 cup, Egg - 1, Sugar - 3/4 cup, Vanilla extract - 1 tsp, Oil - 1/2 cup, Baking soda 1/2 tsp, Baking powder - 1 tsp, Water - 1/4 cup, Tutti frutti - 1/2 cup

Get all the ingredients ready.
In a large mixing bowl take 1 egg, ¾ cup sugar, ½ cup oil and 1 tsp vanilla extract, mix well with the help of whisk.
Sieve 1.5 cup maida, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 tsp baking powder, mix well using cut and fold method Add 1/4 cup water and mix well forming thick flowing consistency batter.
Add 1/2 cup of tutti frutti and mix well.
To grease the mould with butter to avoid sticking. Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould or bread mould.  
Equally, set the cake batter to all the sides.
Place the cake tray into preheated oven. Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius or 356 degree fahrenheit for 30-40 minutes.
Bake till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Tutti Frutti Cake is ready to serve and store in airtight container.
