Vallarai Keerai Poriyal | Brahmi Leaves Poriyal


Ingredients
Vallarai Keerai, Oil - 1 tbsp, Urad gram - 1 tbsp, Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp, Onion - 1/2, Red dry chilli / Green chilli - 3, Salt, Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Heat the pan with oil, add mustard seeds when it splutter, add urad gram, green chilli and onion, saute well until onion  turn to golden brown.
Add chopped keerai and saute well for a minute on medium flame.
Add salt and 1/2 cup of water & saute well and cook it for 5 minutes.
Then, add the shredded coconut and mix it well.
