Boiled Potato Curry | Bolied Aloo Curry


Ingredients
Potato - 1 (big), Oil - 1 tbsp, Coriander powder - 2 tsp, Garam masala - 1 tsp, Red chilli powder - 1 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp, salt


Method

Get all the ingredients ready.
Boil the potato 15 miutes or pressure cook for 2-4 whistles in medium flame.
Peel the skin and chop into cubes.
Heat the pan with oil.
Once it heated, add corinder powder, garam masala,, red chili powder, salt and saute well until it raw smell gets off in low flame.
Then, add the boiled potato and mix well.
Boiled Potato Curry | Bolied Aloo Curry is ready to serve with sambar sadam, rasam sadam and all variety rice.
