Donut Holes

Warm milk - 1/2 cup, Sugar - 1 tsp, Yeast - 1 tsp, All purpose flour/Maida - 2 cup, Sugar - 1/4 cup, Egg - 1, Butter - 2 tbsp, Salt -  a pinch
For sugar syrub: Sugar 1/2 cup, water


Get all the ingredients ready.
Take yeast and sugar in a bowl and add warm water and let it activate.
See how the yeast has foamed up.
Now add all purpose flour/maida, salt, sugar and batter, egg in a bowl and mix well.

Add in milk (yeast & sugar) mix well then add required milk mix well.
Now knead this for 5 to 10 mins till it gets smooth. Just like this.
Brush the top with some oil and cover and let it rise.
After 2 hours, the dough will double in size.
Punch the dough with fist to release down the air.
Spread the dough into thick sheet.
Cut it into a donut holes shape.
Fry the donut holes in oil.
Until golden brown in medium flame.
For sugar syrup, take sugar in a  sauce pan, add in some water and mix well, the sugar is melted and it boils.
Once it gets little thick and syrup, put it on very
low heat to keep the syrup warm.

Then, dip the donuts in sugar syrup.
Donuts Holes are ready.
